Activities

  • Three good things (5-7 minutes)
  • Walking together: Drawing (~35 minutes)
  • Share your drawings amongst the class (~35 minutes)
    • Bring smell drawings and touch drawings together
    • Has anyone been drawing during their Attentive Repetition practice?
    • If so, were you using similar techniques to those we just used outside? Different? Would you like to share your process with the class?
